Hi had a hysterectomy 2years ago since I have developed pain. In pelvic area. Recently had ultra sound right ovary contains 3.2 x 2.1 x 3.5 cm complex anechoic fluid collection in right adnexa^paraovarian location containing one thon vascular septation.

The left ovary with left ovary small complex cyst measuring 0.6 cm and additionally two paraovarian cyst adjacent and extinct to left ovary.

Do I need to worry?
